RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MARLEE JANE'S IS A PRIORITY AND IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DO NOT LOVE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS (FROM DAY MAIL IS RECEIVED) FOR REFUND OF ITEM, LESS THE SHIPPING COSTS AS ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. AT THIS TIME, DUE TO THE ECONOMY CHANGES, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING, BUT THERE IS NO PROCESSING FEE.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED) WITH TAGS ATTACHED. ITEMS SENT BACK WORN OR WITH MAKEUP STAINS, DEODORANT STAINS, PET HAIR, DAMAGE, WEAR OR SMOKE SMELL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (please understand due to allergies and asthma of other customers, we have to be strict on this.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS RECEIVED 14 DAYS AFTER THE POST MARKED DELIVERY DATE OR IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. So please be sure to read all instructions about sale items and accessories being final sale and tags must being on, etc. before returning your items.
WE RECOMMEND TRACKING AND INSURING PACKAGES SENT BACK FOR RETURN, AS WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED RETURN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR LABEL WAS CORRECT. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CARRIER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WE CAN ASSIST BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
Once we receive your item we will email you with your store credit code if your return meets the requirements above. Again, at this time, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

***SALES ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.*** Shoes are not included in accessories and fall under our normal return policy listed above. Like all merchandise, they cannot be worn and must have original packaging and inserts. At times when we run special sales or events, those items are also final sale which you will see when we announce/post! If we still have the EXACT SAME ITEM/SHOE IN THE SAME EXACT COLOR ETC. IF NOT WORN you may exchange those items for a different size but NOT return the item. ONCE WORN WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN. Again, tags must be attached no matter what!
